CILANTRO POWDER: Our Cilantro Powder is a blend of fresh cilantro and special dried herbs and spices. It was designed specifically for use in Chile Verde and salsas. Just a little bit will add a nice subtle cilantro flavor and lends itself to other highly spiced foods. We also use Cilantro Powder in several of our major blends, rubs and seasonings.
